Emobility – Model based Software-Design-Engineer & Function-Owner Inductive Charging

Duration 3 MM ++ Location: Mannheim

Tasks/Responsibility:

• Internal project management for the sub-function ‘Inductive Charging’ which consists of model based in-house software, electronics, development & lab-test
• Regular planning & reporting for the ‘Inductive Charging’ related functions
• Design, develop, implement model based production control software in Simulink/TargetLink which meet functional software requirements
• Consider formal software programming guidelines and quality metrics
• Interact with Project Manager, System Engineer, Software Architect, Hardware & Test Engineers to execute ‘Inductive Charging’ functional development plan
• Support software application activities in the lab and at OEM customer site

Skills/Experience:

• Successfully completed engineering degree in electrical or control engineering or similar
• At least 3 years automotive experience in model based development of production software using Simulink & TargetLink for embedded controllers
• At least 1 year automotive project management experience
• Knowledge of applied model based programming & quality guidelines, e.g. MAAB
• Knowledge of automotive embedded systems, software processes, application tools, e.g. CANoe, CANape
• E-Mobility, power electronics background (e.g. inverter control)
• Ability of systems thinking and structured approach
• Commitment and initiative
• Very good German and English skills spoken and written
