* Act as the entrepreneurial force for a Digital Community - DIY - Startup
* Responsible for setting up all operations, building the team, developing the business activities and gaining market leadership
* Lead of product-/ and marketing team
* Planning, execution, monitoring and optimization of product and processes

Experience
* Experienced in digital community / online community concepts
* Experience in start up, incubator, VC or management consulting
* Strong managerial skills, very good in structuring and analytics, ability to set up efficient business process and manage P&L
* Deep knowledge of the internet sector
* Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and hands on mentality
* High drive and ambition to perform
* Quick mind, structured & pragmatic
* Very KPI related, taking decisions based on data
* Proficiency in English,some German
* Knowledge about the German market
