Tasks

• Act as the entrepreneurial force for a Digital Community - DIY - Startup
• Responsible for setting up all operations, building the team, developing the business activities and gaining market leadership
• Lead of product-/ and marketing team
• Planning, execution, monitoring and optimization of product and processes

Experience

• Experienced in digital community / online community concepts
• Experience in start up, incubator, VC or management consulting
  • Strong managerial skills, very good in structuring and analytics, ability to set up efficient business process and manage P&L
  • Deep knowledge of the internet sector
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and hands on mentality
• High drive and ambition to perform
  • Quick mind, structured & pragmatic
• Very KPI related, taking decisions based on data
• Proficiency in English,some German
  • Knowledge about the German market
