Supporting the Business Technology Unit for Performance Materials and Manufacturing to build up and execute a communication strategy and to support an initiative to improve the end user experience of our customers.
Establish various communication channels like mass mailings, newsletter, SharePoint Pages and direct interaction via visits or interviews.
Decide on the right measures, data on problems (collected via interviews, service reports) will be analyzed

* Design and support the implementation of the communication strategy
* Collect information on and analyze pain points to derive actions
* Follow-up with technical teams on agreed actions and drive implementation forward
* Create appealing presentations and communication messages (newsletter, mailings, content) both in German and English
* Provide creative input to communication messages
